Booking & Payment

Your session is confirmed once the booking details are agreed and the deposit has been received. The deposit secures your date and time in the calendar.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Photoshoot Experience

The aim is to create a relaxed and enjoyable photography experience. Sessions are carried out according to the package you have selected, including the agreed duration and services.

Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time for their session, as late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time.

Travel

Travel is included within a 20-mile radius of CM6 2RD.

For locations outside this area, a travel fee may apply. Any additional travel costs will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Gallery Delivery

After your session, images are delivered in two stages.

A private online gallery for image selection will be provided within 5 working days of the photoshoot.

Once your selection has been completed, the final edited photographs will be delivered within 7 working days.

Some premium packages may include faster editing or delivery times.
Wedding photography has longer delivery timelines, which are outlined within the individual wedding packages.

Image Selection

Clients are asked to complete their image selections within 14 working days of receiving the gallery.

This helps ensure editing and delivery timelines can be maintained.

Image Storage

Final images and galleries are stored for up to one year from the date they are delivered.

After this period, files may be permanently removed from storage. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images once received.

Wedding galleries are stored for longer periods, as specified in the relevant wedding packages.

Editing Style

All photographs are edited in the photographer’s signature style, including colour correction, exposure adjustments, and light retouching where needed.

RAW or unedited files are not provided.

Use of Images

Photographs taken during sessions may be used by the photographer for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing purposes.

If you would prefer your images not to be shared publicly, please inform the photographer before or at the time of the session.

Copyright

The photographer retains the copyright to all images.

Clients receive a licence to download, print, and share photographs for personal use. Images may not be sold or used commercially without written permission.

Insurance

The photographer holds appropriate professional insurance, and the studio premises are fully insured.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please get in touch as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to arrange an alternative date where availability allows.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the unlikely event that a session cannot take place due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, every effort will be made to reschedule the session.

Privacy

Any personal information shared during the booking process is used solely for communication and providing photography services. Further details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
